Mrs. Potts Tea Party opened on May 10, 2002 and is located at 264 W. 2nd Street in downtown Mesa, Arizona.  We are a family owned and operated business, where girls and young ladies celebrate birthdays, girl scouts hold troop parties, friends simply get together, and mothers and daughters bond while engaging in the time honored tradition of a leisurely tea party.

A pristine historical house with marvelous hardwood floors and the original kitchen was selected as the location for our business.  Amazingly enchanting murals, painted by a local artist, help put the wonder of fairy tales and make believe in the hearts of children and adults alike.  We have dedicated this wonderful house to our business, with the sole purpose of creating a special place for children, families, and friends to celebrate in.

Our wardrobe room at Mrs. Potts Tea Party is unparalleled:  containing over 250 dresses, 80 hats, 100+ hairpieces, nearly 200 pairs of gloves and lots of costume jewelry: necklaces, bracelets and clip-on earrings. All of these magical items can be used when the girls put their "looks" together.  Eye shadow, blush, lipstick, and glitter provide the finishing touches, transforming your little girls into beautiful Princesses.  Taking the occasional young gentlemen into consideration; we have provided hats, white shirts, bow ties, cummerbunds, and jackets for him to choose from.

The idea for our business grew from one of those "what if" moments people chance to experience and usually ignore. It has proven to be a life changing moment for us, as we chose not to ignore it but instead, to act on it. A lot of thought, hard work, time, energy, and of course, love were put into that "what if"; with the end result being Mrs. Potts Tea Party. We feel we have created a wonderful, caring, magical, and safe environment; where children, families, and friends can celebrate their special times and achievements. Through our unique style and with our attention to detail, it is our goal to help imprint those times and achievements into the memories of all who are in attendance; thereby giving credence to our slogan, Give your child a unique experience that will never be forgotten.

If smiles, laughter, and hugs are the measurements used to gauge the level of enjoyment and happiness of those who enter Mrs. Potts Tea Party, then, we most definitely are succeeding in our efforts!
